It is a high performance and very high precision CNC pantograph, more powerful than the twin EXTREMA 1000. EXTREMA Q10 is a CNC pantograph for 3 and 4-axis wood controlled by excellent quality electronic components and managed by professional control boards made in Italy. The solution is an excellent quality/price compromise, ideal for industry and crafts, extremely easy to use.

ELECTROSPINDLE

The electrospindle is the muscle of the machine. A.M.M.A pantographs will install, according to the customer’s needs and the materials used, its best configuration. Its power is related to the type of material. It is possible to install professional electrospindles even with a very high RPM number.
On MARBLE and ALUMINUM, It is recommended a thrust version. You can also add different tools for various processes. Our electrospindles are MADE IN ITALY with guaranteed assistance all over the world. They are managed by the control software installed on the machine, both for RPM number and for the drive.
WORK PLAN

The bridge passage of the machine is 180 mm. It is possible to work, in this way, pieces at full height. The work top is made in aluminum, the particular channel processing facilitates the panel’s fix with clamps and screws.

AXIS STROKE “Z”

The “Z” axle stroke reaches up to 210 mm allowing, with the help of the UP/DOWN device, to work very high pieces with very long cutters.
ENGINE ELECTRONICS

The stepper motors are more powerful than the twin EXTREMA 1000,controlled by individual drivers, with the axis movements up to 6 meters per minute whose flow on guides and skates hiwin, nitek or thk spheres at high precision.

Professional controllers of excellent quality, stepper motors (closed ring in the DELUXE version), manage the fast movements of the axles up to 10 meters per minute.

VERY HIGH PROCESSES

The Up/Down device on our machine allows you to use very long tools and work objects throughout their height (e.g. polystyrene, sponge, foam rubber, pietra leccese, etc.).
NEW PROFESSIONAL CONTROL BOX

A NEW ELECTRONIC BOX has been made, refining the management of the engines and their handling, making it excellent. The cooling system is constantly controlled; additional protections have been added to prevent any external network disturbances. Computer support for the operator.

IMPORTANT

 

Thanks to an aluminum top and its large area, it is possible to fix large pieces.

There can be many processes on various material, from wood to aluminum, plexiglas, forex, marble and stones but, with a predisposition of a good vacuum cleaner, even on very dusty materials such as drywall.

-The generous running of the Z-axis and the UP/DOWN device installed on our CNC pantographs allows you to place pieces up to 180 mm of thickness and work on all their height.
