It is a compact cnc pantograpH, fast handling in movements, it can reach 3000 mm per minute.
POCKET 1000 CNC, THE twin of the now famous Pocket 600, is larger but still cheap, with mechanics that guarantee high performance to those who want to have fun BUT NOT ONLY THAT.

Carbon steel structure, tested to work aluminum and brass, 2 ball recirculation guides for each axle, bearings and supports made in Italy.

Reliable and guaranteed mechanics, minimal friction of the screws thanks to the use of excellent snails and screws with recirculation of standard balls on all new productions. Create more models without LOOSING precision on many materials.

WORK PLAN

The standard work top is made of wood. On request of reinforced aluminum

AXIS HEIGHT “Z” The stroke of the “Z” axis is about 135 mm with a bridge passage of 150 mm.

The UP/DOWN device installed on the machine allows you to mount very long tools and work up to the ground the blocks up to 145 mm thick.

BALL RECIRCULATION HANDLING

The handling of the axles is ball recirculation, stepper motors move the X, Y, Z axes that flow on precision guides, controlled by high quality controllers and managed by MACH3 with USB port.

SECURITY

The emergency fungus on the machine guarantees the operator to intervene immediately in case of any collisions of the tool. A special fuse preserves the machine from any voltage changes, thus avoiding the possible short circuit inside the electrical components.

WORKABLE MATERIALS

You can work on Plexiglass, Dibond, Forex, Wood, Aluminum, Bachelite, PVC, small engravings on Steel and bas-reliefs on Marble.

ALUMINIUM

It performs very well EVEN ALUMINIUM , WITH GREAT precision. Holes, slots, grooves, edging, scraping on aluminum solids and mold processing.

LASER CUTTING AND DESIGN

The LASER cut used for shaping steel GIVES a particular design to our machines making them one of a kind. A touch of class in the already all-too-eyed design.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THRUST BEARINGS

Thrust bearings on all axles allow A SILENT axle handling.

Fast in movements up to 3000 mm per minute.

DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Laser cutting allows us to improve the design, creating small details that make the difference, such as this small indication of axle handling in X, Y, and Z.
