Pantograph CNC – 4 interpolated axes

It’s a brand new high-performance CNC pantograph. The Z-axis with a stroke of up to 300 mm, allows to process large blocks such as expanded polyethylene, wooden barrels, polystyrene blocks, plastic cylinders, wooden doors.

The HERCULES Pantograph can mount an additional fourth axis allowing tubular wprkings and 3D models. The fourth axis is managed by an up/down sled, it allows an up/down movement of the blocks up to 700 mm taking with it also the sliding of the upper floor. So the handling excursion is really the best.

WORK PLAN

The size of the top and its removable feature, allows to work below the normal processing area. The blocks are placed below the bench which can be excluded with short and simple operations. You can also use very long cutter tools, just think that it is possible to work polystyrene blocks with diameters up to 700 mm.

ELECTROSPINDLE

The electrospindle is the muscle of the machine. A.M.M.A pantographs will install, according to the customer’s needs and the materials used, its best configuration. Its power is related to the type of material. It is possible to install professional electrospindles even with a very high RPM number. On MARBLE and ALUMINUM, It is recommended a thrust version.

You can also add different tools for various processes. Our electrospindles are MADE IN ITALY with guaranteed assistance all over the world. They are managed by the control software installed on the machine, both for RPM number and for the drive.
